The terms you agree to when you use Einstein Tools. These mirror the acknowledgement shown in the app the first time you sign in.

• The Einstein Pricing Tool data is provided as a recommendation only and is unique to you. You should separately analyze the data taking into consideration your local market conditions and make independent business decisions based on the data. The price data is compiled across a broad geographic range using your own unique sales history and in some cases your unique reference partner data.
• Actual price recommendations vary depending on part specifications, condition, your inventory levels and age, and are subject to change based on market conditions.
• The Pricing Tool has multiple settings which enable you to adjust the prices on each part to your own specifications relative to that part’s unique condition and sales history.
• You are free to unilaterally advertise or sell a product or service at whatever price you desire.
• The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and you the seller.
• We measure how our own website and dashboard are used — pages viewed, sign-up steps completed — with a first-party cookie on this domain only. Nothing is shared with advertising or analytics companies, addresses are stored truncated, and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are counted without a cookie.
• Your inventory data remains yours. It is used to price your parts and to produce the reports shown in your account.
